perfusion maps show prolonged MTT with corresponding decreased relative CBF and CBV.
Arepresentative Dynamic Contrast Enhanced (DCE-MRI) time intensity curve placed on a region of enhancing synovium in the knee of a subject with hemophilia presenting with hypertrophic synovitis is shown. The dynamic contrast enhanced 3D sequence in (A) and a higher resolution static post-contrast T1 sequence in (B) is shown along with the compartmental model fit to the enhancement curve [C]. Data was acquired on the 3.0 Tesla MRI scanner with administration of Gd-DTPA contrast agent.
