Pre-Clinical microPET Imaging Facility
Facility Description
The microPET system is a (CTI/Siemens; Knoxville/TN) is available for small animal imaging studies. It is equipped with a 22 cm diameter bore size, and a 7.6 cm axial field of view. The pixel size obtainable is 1.5 mm x 1.5 mm x 10 mm with a less than or equal to 1.3 mm resolution at the center of the field of view. Image processing, viewing and fusion software is provided in-house using commercially available software.
